1. Services

We provide aviation-related services, which may include flight instruction, aircraft rental, discovery flights, ground training, pilot services, and aircraft maintenance. All services are subject to availability, weather, aircraft status, instructor availability, and regulatory compliance.

 
2. Eligibility

You represent that you:

  • Meet all FAA requirements applicable to the services you request

  • Hold valid and appropriate certificates, ratings, and medical qualifications when required

  • Will provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services if eligibility requirements are not met.

 
3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation

  • Cancellations or no-shows may result in fees

  • Weather, maintenance, or safety considerations may require rescheduling at our discretion

 
4. Payments and Fees

All prices, fees, and payment terms are provided at the time of booking. Payments may be required in advance. You agree to pay all applicable charges, including cancellation or damage fees where applicable.

 
5. Safety and Authority

Safety is our highest priority. We reserve the right to:

  • Delay, cancel, or terminate any flight or service for safety reasons

  • Refuse service to any individual whose actions or condition may compromise safety

  • Require adherence to all safety briefings, checklists, and operational policies

The Pilot in Command (PIC) retains final authority over aircraft operation at all times.

 
6. Aircraft Use and Responsibility

When renting or operating our aircraft, you agree to:

  • Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, aircraft limitations, and company policies

  • Be financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of policies

  • Immediately report discrepancies, damage, or incidents

 
7. Assumption of Risk

Aviation involves inherent risks. By participating in our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with flight operations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 
8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 
9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our business, owners, employees, instructors, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions, omissions, or violation of these Terms.

 
10. Intellectual Property
